Error within sidebox Manufacturers: when you switch from second to first manufacturer

Hello zen-cart community,

Now I'm not sure if this belongs here so I am sorry if I have placed it in the wrong section.

Okay here we go, if you visit my site www.ipodresq.ca and go to use the manufacturers sidebox it will not work when you select the first one. Also when you select the second one from the drop down menu it works fine but when you select the first one again it throws these below errors:

Now Im not too sure if this was a bug in the code most likely not but Im not too sure where else to post this.

Given their track record, this is likely an issue with the Template Monster template you purchased.

You have a couple options:
1. Get their tech support to fix the problem they left in the code (good luck)
2. Hack thru all the code to repair it yourself. WinMerge will be a handy tool in this labor-intense process.

you can delete the all the files from the
includes/templates/tm006/sideboxes EXCEPT for

categories and information

the rest are all stock files....
TM hasnt quite grasped the concept of NOT adding files that have NOT been changed
