Cannot Checkout in 1.3.0.1

Hi All,

Can anyone help here, please?

I'm setting up a shop for someone:

This was upgraded to 1.3.0.1 while setting up. When trying to Checkout, it will go no further than Step 1.

Also, the Shipping Cost Estimator doesn't do anything now.

All suggestions gratefully received.
