    Default Re: Invoice Price (ex) Price (inc)

    Your subtotal is showing the total price with the tax included the part later on just shows the customer how much tax they are actually paying in the whole amount.
    If you look at the figures you can see they do not add up..... take the tax amount out of the subtotal and you will have the amount you are saying it should be.

    Hope this explains it a bit clearer.

    This is what i did to correct my invoices and they now show the price correctly inc and ex tax.

    Thanks. Maybe it's a silly question but how do I take the tax amount out of the subtotal.

    Thanks in advance.

    Default Re: Invoice Price (ex) Price (inc)

    I have managed to get my original problem (see my previous post) to do with the GST not being applied fixed. Everything has run well for a while.

    A new problem appeared in a recent order where the invoice total, GST amount is not caluclating (or being displyed correctly);

    Sub-Total:$99.25Flat Rate (Best Way):$7.00Discount Coupon:-$12.71GST 10%:$-31.90Total:$56.31

    The products were all displayed correctly and the inc/ex columns are right. The Sub Total is correct but the GST should be $9.01 (10%) of the Sub Total. The discount should have been $10.63 (10% of the total).

    Any ideas where I should be looking?

    cheers, Roland
