Changing the word "Manufacturers"

I recently switched from osc to Zen and I absolutely love it. There are a few things I cannot for the life of me figure out, tho.

One thing is finding all the instances of the word "Manufacturers" so I can change it to read "Types of Signs" since this is what I am using the manufacturers sorting function for.

I sell distributor signs for all types of things from Avon to Slumber Parties, but within each category are magnetic signs, yard signs, vinyl lettering, banners, etc. Rather than make sub categories for each, I have implemented the "Manufacturer" function to do the sorting for me.

I have made all the necessary changes on the advanced_search.php page, but I cannot find where the form at the top of the category listing that says "Filter by: [All Manufacturers] is pulling that text from. I want to change it to read "All Types of Signs". Then, the dropdown box shows my sign types as I have created them in the manufacturers section.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I love zen, but it takes a little getting used to the switchover.
