    I don't see a blank page, I see this:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_template_part() on a non-object in /var/www/virtual/wsop.byethost8.com/htdocs/index.php on line 29
Looks as though not all of he files are installed.

FTP does NOT stand for "Faithful Transfer Protocol"
Search the forum for FTP and you'll find some suggestions for more reliable FTP programs.

Just saying you'll find a LOT of instances in this forum where the problem winds up being a bad FTP upload. Once you experience a bad upload, it's time to look for a different FTP program.

Certain FTP programmes are known to cause problems with corrupted file uploads. Cute and Smart FTP are problematic, and the FTP client that comes with Dreamweaver is unstable. Two FTP programmes that I have never heard complaints about are:
WS FTP (30 day trial version from www.ipswitch.com)
    FileZilla (free download).
