    Default Group pricing/order status in 1.3.0.1

    Hi, Zen Gurus! Love you, love your product. Thanks so much for all your dedication to this product and for the awesome replies to silly questions like mine!

    Upgraded from 1.2.5d to 1.3.01 yesterday. In 1.2.5d, my group pricing worked beautifully, but after the upgrade, the group pricing works but the orders using group pricing don't go into processing mode like before, they stay at pending mode and have to be manually approved before download. What have I missed? All else in the upgrade looks great, looks like some wonderful improvements and great increased functionality! Thank you!!!

    Just to add a bit more info to this, I just noticed that orders that are checked out with a coupon resulting in 0 balance are also staying at pending, not progressing to processing like before. :) Thanks!

    Did you check the settings for the Configuration ... GV Coupons ...

    Default Order Status For Zero Balance Orders
    When an order's balance is zero, this order status will be assigned to it.

    Ahh--I had great hopes that it was a simple little thing such as this, but nope! Mine is set to processing.
    Bummer...any other ideas? You rock, Linda...

    Go to each Payment module and write down your settings ...

    Remove the Payment module ...

    Install the Payment module ...

    Reconfigure the Payment module ...

    Repeat until all Payment modules have been redone ...

    Check that your orders_status is set correctly for each one ...

    Hmm--only payment mods I have installed are check/mo and PayPal. I removed and reinstalled both. No luck.

    I notice something strange, may be a clue for you. We have multiple free downloads in our cart, resulting in lots of $0 sales. Though those orders are showing as the same payment method in orders (Gift Certificate/Coupon) and also $0 total, they are behaving correctly and are changing to processing, whereas orders using coupons or group pricing are not. Does that help, or is it just totally whacked? Thanks so much, Linda! I appreciate your time to help me. :)

    I'm going to spearhead a campaign to drive some mega donations your way.
