Default 1.3.0.1 to 1.3.0.2 db patch problem

How about this error when applying the db patch from 1.3.0.1 to 1.3.0.2...

SKIPPED: Cannot insert configuration_key "MAX_META_TAG_DESCRIPTION_LENGTH" because it already exists
I got it after hitting the button on the database upgrade page in the zc_install process. Now everything seems to be working, but how do I know if it actually upgraded the database? The notification message is gone and the server info shows db patch 1.3.0.2.

Also, for some reason, the auto installer says I am running database patch 1.3.0 but in the admin panel it says I have 1.3.0.1 (and now, after this "upgrade", it says 1.3.0.2). The auto installer is suggesting I upgrade from 1.3.0 to 1.3.0.1 then 1.3.0.1 to 1.3.0.2. Should I let it try?

The "skipped" item indicates that it already existed. In 99% of cases, that's fine, and can be ignored.

What is the URL to your 1302 site's zc_install/techsupp.php ?

I deleted the zc_install folder and all its contents. Should I restore the db and run the installer again? What info is in the techsupp.php file?

It is suggesting that one or more of the database-upgrade steps from 1.3.0 to 1.3.0.1 haven't completed properly.

You may tell it to go ahead, but note that rerunning the upgrade for those steps may or may not result in more "skipped" messages, or perhaps even SQL errors. It is unlikely to damage the database, but if it's failing on individual statements, then it may be necessary to do individual statements manually.
