I've been reading these posts until my eyes hurt. I have not idea where to go next. Is there anyone who I can actually SPEAK with for information? I am trying to work on the header and side panels and I cannot understand how the FTP panel works. I've tried the tutorials and even an interactive FTP tutor. My time and patience is running out and I need help from a human.
