    Default after upgrade to 1.3.02 admin no longer available

    Hi,
    for some reason I am unable to access my admin area since upgrading to 1.3.02 of ZC. The URL of the admin area appears to load with no problem, I just have a blank page, no login screen nothing, simply a blank web page.

    Default Re: after upgrade to 1.3.02 admin no longer available

    Just to update, I am still having this problem, I have tried various things for example re-copying the whole of the admin folder from the 1.3.02 update package, even from the full zip package, I have tried re-updating the databases using zc_install - the shop appears to be there, (its in maintenance mode so I can't select products or anything) but it appears to be working properly.

    I still cannot access the admin login page or any page, so any suggestion would be good right now.

    This is all the code that is generated
    <html><head></head><body></body></html>
    as I say simply a blank html page and nothing else, it is as though the 'Defines' are not working ...

    thanks for any help.

    You may want this to match your real Admin directory:
    define('DIR_FS_ADMIN', '/var/www/html/admin/');
    I believe you are using: mackey_admin

    That must have been me trying different installations as you know the cart won't upgrade unless it can see admin/configure.php so I would change my directory name whilst I upgrade then change it back and usually change it back in the configs afterwards. Overlooked this one!

    However it still does'nt work unfortunately, I am still in the same predicament.

    OK fixed, I had to re-upload the whole Admin folder from the 1.3.02 release, obviously I had missed something with the 'changed files only version' so uploading the whole directory did the trick. I seem to have a menu broken in the admin section now though that wasn't there before BOX_TOOLS_POPULATE in the tools menu?

    Thanks

    Did you have EasyPopulate or something loaded at one time?

    Yes I did, and still have, do you think I should re-install it?

    Whichever file contains the "define" statement for BOX_TOOLS_POPULATE ... is apparently missing from the admin folders.
