blank page after upgrade

Before I upgrade my production box, I have a copy of my site on a local box with the following configuration:

PHP Version: 5.1.4 (Zend: 2.1.0)
Database: MySQL 5.0.22
Database Date: 06/29/2006 10:43:23
HTTP Server: Apache/2.2.0 (Fedora)
Install Process:
v1.3.0.1 [2006-06-29 10:18:42] (Version Update 1.3.0->1.3.0.1)
v1.3.0.1 [2006-06-29 10:18:14] (Version Update 1.3.0->1.3.0.1)
v1.3.0.2 [2006-06-29 10:18:14] (Version Update 1.3.0.1->1.3.0.2)
v1.3.0.1 [2006-05-16 14:29:15] (Fresh Installation)
v1.3.0.1 [2006-05-16 14:29:15] (Fresh Installation)

The problem is that when I try to check out, the url is:
http://www.drivingspy.com/index.php?...ckout_shipping
and the page goes blank. Everything else seems to work fine. Any ideas? I don't want to upgrade my production box until I resolve this issue.

Chances are you have a syntax error in one of the pages related to checkout-shipping.

-includes/languages/english/YOURTEMPLATE/checkout_shipping.php
-includes/modules/pages/checkout_shipping/*.*
-includes/templates/YOURTEMPLATE/templates/tpl_checkout_shipping_default.php
