Problem displaying multiple images

I've followed the post in FAQ on adding multiple images.

BUT my additional images don't show up. I'm new to ZC and have spent alot of time trying to figure it out b4 posting here.

Any help greatly appreciated..

Could you post the products_image and directory you have it loaded in and then the additional images and where you loaded those?

And do you have an URL we can peek at?

thanks for the prompt response.

I uploaded a product image called swallow_00.jpg

to a directory called 00_eugene

I then ftp 3 other images called

swallow_01.jpg
swallow_02.jpg
swallow_03.jpg

to the same directory but no joy. Am I missing something obvious here?

Ahh, there is a problem with the naming.

The root name of the photo should be swallow. Instead of swallow_00

Then swallow_01 and so on.

Otherwise, you would have to make the file names swallow_00_01 etc.

Ahhh.. can't believe I missed something so obvious. It's 2:30am here, that's it I'm packing it in for now
