I am using the free shipping options module set for total=>$200.00 and Lower 48 zone.
UPS Shipping Module set for lower 48 zone.

This above works great.

I then have USPS shipping module set to use USPS shipping zone which works with the exception of the following entries:

Check which Zone you have added to the USPS shipping module ...

Then go look at your Zone Definitions and confirm which states are excluded from it ...

What shipping have you set up for the *excluded* ones for the US, if any ...

If you have not setup anything that does not allow for "everyone" or these specific ones, then you will not see a shipping method ...

Could you set the Zone on the USPS shipping module to NONE ... does it now work for anyone?

If not, are you:

1 set to the Production server

2 have the shipping module set to enable

3 have you called USPS and activated your account with USPS

4 are you using the current May 2008 USPS shipping module

Did this it still does not work for the 16 I mention below.

As I said the module for usps works fine just not for the the 16 I separated from the Lower 48. All countries work for USPS except.

Ok Linda I fixed it.

Sometimes I can be so Dense.

I had disabled domestic shipping options in the usps module hence the 16 not working duh.

Now one last question and is I need to put it somewhere else just let me know where?

Can I Set a catagory such as Trains Set that does not get freeshipping no matter where it goes?

This would have to be written on a customized basis ...

You would need to fully spell out what it is you want to do when Products from this Category are in the cart and how it should be handled ...
