after upgrade to 1.3.01 admin no longer available

befor update database, admin section with script version 1301 work ok, but after update database admin section not work

Are you receiving error messages?
Can you log into Admin?

No any error messages - The page cannot be displayed and if i try any times, IIS lose connect to database and need IIS restart
No, i cannot login into admin, currently i use old version admin 1.3.0 with new 1.3.0.2 zen-cart
From older version admin (and old zen-cart 1.3.0) i cannot delete product from categories/product list

Sounds like you've got an error in one of the files you upgraded. This could be an incomplete merge of files, or an incomplete upload via FTP.

1.3.0.2 clean installation with demo database ok, need enter phisical path, but admin section not work.

i look for this problem in russian forum
problem with new version detection (older zen-cart version work ok)
install clean cart with no check for upgrades and admin section work ok
