Old image keeps coming back

I recently added a new image of Portland Wine Storage to my zen cart at:
http://www.portlandwinegear.com/shop

What is happening is that when going back to the pages the old zen cart image that I replaced keeps coming back and I have to click the link once or twice and then the new Portland Wine image comes up. Why does it do that? How can I fix it so the old zencart image does not appear anymore?

Peek in your database with phpMyAdmin at the products table ...

What image is stored in there?

What image is displaying for the product?

There is no Products Table. Please give exact instructions.

You have a database that holds all of your data ... this is referenced in your /includes/configure.php

In your website Control Panel ... your hosting site should have given you access to phpMyAdmin ...

This allows you to look at that database and see your database tables ...

products holds your product information such as products_image ...

If you are using database prefixes, then your database table name might be zen_products ...

Browsing it would show the fields associated with each products_id and you should see the products_image for each of your products ...

If you browse the products table, you should be able to locate the products_id where you are seeing the wrong image ...

What image name is showing on the screen ...

What image name is in the products_image field for the Product with the wrong image?

Look in the URL when looking at this product to see what the products_id is ...

Look again, you should have a table named (if you are using the default prefix) zen_products.

Browse that table and you'll find a field called products_image

What image is referenced in this field? it should be something like xxxxx.jpg.

I see none of the images that I've used for the banner box. the one that is there is pws-logo.gif the one I want to delete is a zen cart image. Why is this so convoluted to make this simple change? I appreciate the help but I'm not getting the correct information to delete a zencart image.

What else can it be?

You are now talking about banners where before you were talking about Products ...

What is really broken?

A Product image or a banner?

If you're talking about banner images then look in:

images -> banners Delete the images you want to delete (make sure you delete them from the server.)
