Discount order total module

Hi All,

is there a possibility to apply an order total module, which is similar to low order fee, but in opposite meaning?
I mean, a 10 % discount for orders, which over than $100 for example.
It is a "special wholesale" handling.

Almost anything is possible - you would have to make a new module with the desired functionality.

One option would be to offer free shipping instead. You can setup your shipping so that it's free above a certain order value.

I am not able to send the total and unit price to the paypal.
I am changing the unit price and total in the coding . but when I change them , the values are not passed to the paypal.
