Product description length

I am considering using zencart. I have been here doing research and really like the forum. I do have a question about setting up products. As I have checked out sites that use this cart, I see a description for a product that is continued with another click. Personally, I hate to make a bunch of clicks to purchase a product. I make candles and soap products and want to list the fragrance description and a buy button on that initial product page. Can this be done?
