It most likely means that your FTP program experienced a timeout while you were uploading files.
Perhaps you should re-upload the files and try again. At least for the zc_install folder and subfolders.

I reuploaded the zc install files and I still receive Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /home/wwwmydi/public_html/shopping cart/zc_install/includes/languages/english/inspect.php on line 24
I am not sure what does this mean and why I am receiving this error.
I see this message after I agree to license agreement setup.

There is no variable at all in that file, as it's a language level file. It looks like you have a bad FTP programme. If you don't do so already then use a good FTP programme like FileZilla (free) or WS FTP (30 day trial version). FTP programmes known to cause problems include Dreamweavers' FTP Client, Cute and Smart FTP.
