.htaccess causing install error 1.3.0.2

I just tried to install Zen-Cart 1.3.0.2 on my linux server and received a 500 server error after being redirected to the zc_install directory. I noticed that there was an .htaccess file for this folder with the following:

SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off
</IfModule>

After I commented this out, the page loaded fine. This appears to be an install bug so I wanted to let others know that might have the problem also. This error does not occur for 1.3.0.0.

This is a result of your host having installed mod_security but disallowing you the opportunity to disable it.

Sadly, there appears to be no way to detect potential conflicts with this, so if you encounter difficulties, you can remove the file or comment-out those lines.
