Default Fresh install of 1.3.0.2 on a new host server - problem with database

I relocated a 2 week 1.3.0.1 old cart to a faster host server and it is working fine. However, my test cart 1.3.0.2 is being freshly re-installed on the same host but when I come to the point od telling zc_install about my database, I get:
1136 Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
    in:
[INSERT INTO layout_boxes (laynfiguration_key, configuration_value, configuration_description, product_type_id, sort_order, use_function, set_function, date_added) VALUES ('Product Price Tax Class Default - When adding new products?', 'DEFAULT_PRODUCT_TAX_CLASS_ID', '0', 'What should the Product Price Tax Class Default ID be when adding new products?', '1', '100', '', '', now());]

What am I doing wrong? Previously when I did the same install on another hosting server all went smoothly. What should I be checking on?

    Thanks for any help.

If you look at the details of the SQL statement it's quoting, there is indication of corruption:
    [INSERT INTO layout_boxes (laynfiguration_key, configuration_value...
It would seem that the SQL file it's loading is corrupt on the server.
If this is a fresh install via zc_install, then you should re-upload the zc_install/mysql_zencart.sql file from the Zen Cart ZIP.

    Thanks DrByte for responding.

I have not tried your suggesttion but I created a new empty database, ran zc_install and everythinh goes fine until the database stage and the same message comes up. With cPanel, I check the DB and it reports OK. I even ran MySql repair and it reports OK.

    What can be wrong?
