Changing Text on Invoice

I would like to change Sub-Total to Total and put the tax before the shipping. I have tried the admin invoice file and that doesn't work. I also changed the sort order in admin but that didn't work either.

Any suggestions

Sub-Total: $14.95
(Express 2-3 day shipping): $7.00
TX Tax 8.25%: $1.81
Total: $23.76

in admin-> modules -> order total, you can sort the order of these things

I already did that but it doesn't work. I have the sort order 100, 200, 300. Wouldn't that be correct? Do you know how to change the text? I tried in admin/invoice.php, and admin/includes/languarges/english/invoice.php but neither changes the text.

I have used the developers tool kit and can't find any of these words so I can figure out where to change it.

You may have to "buy" something to get the new layout shown in the new invoice.

Developers Toolkit, searching for "Sub-Total", shows this file:
includes/languages/english/modules/order_total/ot_subtotal.php

This comes from your shipping module. If your shipping quotes are coming from an outside source, this is what "they" are supplying for description.

3. TX Tax 8.25%
This comes from your own tax-rate definitions in Admin->Localization->Tax Rates
