By the look of things some files did not upload correctly. I'd suggest you reload all of your admin folders and files - with the exception of the admin/includes/configure.php file. Make sure you use a good FTP programme like FileZilla or WS FTP. Don't use Dreamweaver's FTP client, or Cute or Smart FTP.
