Index not showing up?

I got the script installed and for the first couple days, the index page showed up just fine. Now that I have some products added and changed the template a little bit, it's not showing up. No matter what I type in, it doesn't work.

then I even try typing index.php onto all of the above URL's, and NOTHING happens. Anyone have any suggestions? or is it just mine and my husbands computer that's doing this?

http://www.butterflyblues.com shows up instantly, the / store directory does not show up. Has the store directory been renamed or deleted by mistake? Check with an FTP program for the store directory and any index.htm / html / php files.
