Default Sloooow. Is it my server or my setup?

I have Zen Cart installed on a Dual 1.25 G4 with 768MB of Ram. The newest Zen Cart installation and all of the tweaks and options that I've found by searching that are supposed to make the site a little faster. How do you get statistics for number of queries and things? My site seems so slow for having 4 items and hardly any attributes. Check it out at http://www.whitepin######################/cart

I see nothing on your site to account for the dog speed ...

While this is a rather low end server: Dual 1.25 G4 with 768MB of Ram ... it could be how the memory is allocated to MySQL ...

See if a restart on your server fixes this ...

If so, see if you slow down again over the next few days/weeks ...

Its either T1 or T3. I did a broadband test and the upload came to about 5mbs and download at 3mbs. Its actually a University owned line, so its going to flucuate quite a bit.
What settings should I be tweaking with MySQL?

I restarted the server, and its quite a bit faster now, what does that mean?

It took around 5 seconds to open the homepage, and I'm based in the UK.
