My site was suspended! Please help!

First time ever but my site was suspended. I'll post the email below. I was told if it happens again, I'm outta there and I've been in business for 7 years with this company.I don't know what happened. If someone can help me out here, I'd so appreciate it!

I do know the MSN Bot visited at 12:15 right before all these queries, do you think it's possible the bot did this? If so, how can if be corrected so it doesn't happen again. If it happens again, they will shut me down!

I would suggest you find a real hosting company able to handle e-commerce, php and MySQL that is not going to impose limits like that on you ...

Thanks Linda, this has never happened, totally shocked me! I don't know what caused it, I've never had it happen before and never had a website suspended. You know I've been around for awhile!

No, it's caused by a webhost that is unwilling to support Zen Cart or osCommerce shops. Both carts require heavy query access to mysql and that is why there is a Zen certified host listing here.

They say they support Zen Cart. I've been with them 7 years and had OCommerce prior and never had a problem with them at all. This was a first for me.

Please dont take what I just said as picking on you or anything,

anyone can put in fantastico but it dosnt mean that they are optomized for e-commerce.

Zen Cart at this time has more querries than OSC, this is because it does alot more, eitherway the server is not designed with e-commerce in mind.

that is not an accurate statement,
the difference is if you try to put 2000 people on a server or not,
what kind of hardware you are running and also how you have allocated memory
