Default Problems using google to search my site

when I google 'greatbaits', my site appears in the list but I get :

Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce
Zen Cart! : Welcome to our online shop! - Carp Fishing Match Fishing Pike Fishing Sea Fishing Bait Course Fishing ecommerce, open source, shop, ...
    www.greatbaits.co.uk/ - 10k - Cached - Similar pages

How can I change Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce to GreatBaits! Quality Bait & Tackle supplies

I have searched all over the english.php files but cannot find a reference to this.

I have also amended metatags.php (and copied to mytemp folder), this helps the header on Internet Exporer on my web page but doesnt help the search problems

thanks in advance for your help

    ?>

Its wierd because this displays on the top of the internet explorer when on my site, but when you type 'greatbaits' into google, you get the zen cart message??
