Salemaker " Sale " text alteration

I am trying to rename the name 'Sale' to "Early Discount" in Salemaker. I have raked through languages and don't seem to be able to find it.

Why is it when you look for ages and give in then ask a question . . . go back for another look and find it !!!

It is in Languages/language.php
