'All Products' sort order in Japanese

Hi All!

Has anyone using ZenCart in Japanese encountered a problem with the product listings when viewing 'All Products'?
It seems that when in Japanese, it does not display products in alphabetical order when set to do so; instead products are displayed in no discernible order....

Any input is appreciated.

It does display them in alphabetical order I think but not in the order of the Japanese Hiragana system (ie a, ka, sa, ta, na, ha, ma, ya. ra. wa).
So basically if your selling an apple, a cat and a dog
It would still display in that order but it wouldnt appear to be in any sort of order because ringo, neko and inu doesnt seem to be the right way.
Is this what you want it to do?

Notice it goes from ba, ru, re then jumps to a, i, e....

I'm not proficient in the Japanese language, but my frnd says the order is wrong whichever way u look at it - it works fine in English though...

I'm wondering if there's another way Hiragana or Katakana is ordered, or if they're being sorted according to the ascii codes or something?

In Japanese the correct order is above
a i u e o is the correct vowel order so it basically goes something like...
a i u e o
ka ki ku ke ko
sa shi su se so
etc etc

Theyre being sorted based on the alphabetical order of them, whatever you put the title of the product in English will be sorted in that order.... im 99% sure.
To sort it in correct Japanese order is impossible using the current code and would need some custom coding.
I wouldnt worry about that, its not that important.
