order on behalf of customer/ bulk import of products

I would appreciate it if someone could explain if/how these capabilities exist now that i have zencart installed

a) taking an order on behalf of a customer -- often we ave folks caling to place verbal orders. Is there an easy way, or some screen process to handle this , other than me logging out, and then logging in as a new user to take that order.

b) bulk import of products - can ZC import products from a CSV ? if so where is this documented

c) drop ship ..... once an order is received, is there an addin or module that will faciliate the turaround of that product to the vendor as a purchase order with a few button clicks .... and then when vendr advise shipment , ability to enter a tracking number to advise client in turn of that shipment.

The easiest way is install the Master Password

Have a look in the Downloads for EZ Populate.
