Very Weird Problem In Product Layout Page

hi everyone i have to quick questions my first one is kind of strange. at least i think so. i was having problems with the model number showing up where it was supposed to on the product info page. so i messed around with product_info_display and was able to get everything fixed. now in fire fox its a little messed up. on some of the listings as the one in the example below the first word of the description starts above the model number.....have a look

it only happens on some pages and it only happens in firefox.

my other question is about a border issue in IE there is a white line under my logo. i searched and found tons of post on the topic and i tried each and everyone of them for hours last night and nothing worked. the line is only in IE not firefox.

Your second problem is caused by having spaces between </a> and </td> after your image display. Look at tpl_header.php and remove the spaces before the </td> after HEADER_LOGO_IMAGE.

swguy, thank you so much such a simple fix. i tried to do that but it didn't work the first time, i think i may have missed a space or something. again thanks, i really appreciate it, that was driving me absolutely crazy.

still having problems with issue 1 so if anyone has any insight it would be so appreciated.

Your html is messed up. You have


<!--bof Product details list --><center>
<ul id="productDetailsList" class="floatingBox back">
Item # dj410201


<center>
<!--eof Product details list -->

That last <center> should be </center>, and you need
a </ul> before it too.

swguy, that worked perfectly. i cannot believe i missed that, i looked at that file so many times and i completely missed the closing tags. thank you so so much.
