Removing 'Please Choose:'

This may be a question with a easy answer...

Im trying to remove the 'Please Choose:' text from my products page and Ive done a search in the Developers tool kit but when I change all the files it showed me the text was in it there was no change.

I cant figure out where the heck this text is cause Ive customized all the other text on the page so easily by using the tool kit but for some reason I cant seem to find where these words exist without changing all the phrases on all the pages it shows up on and regreting it later.

Question ...

You are using Attributes where the customer has to physically set the price for the quantity they are buying ...

Wouldn't it be better to set the price at $2.95 and then set the Discount Qty on the Product Price Manager to manage the discount so that the customer doesn't have to "think" and you do not end up with a lot of confused customers or result in a lot of refunds?

Ive been trying to learn all I can about ZenCart since I started working with this program but have been limited on time to learn about all the cool things I can tweek to my store.

Figured out how to discount by quantity but Im wondering if there is a setting for discount by quantity for this whole group. I dont want someone to have to purchase 15 of one item, Id rather they mix and match and still get the discount. Is that possible?

Not at this time ... Discounts are based on a per Product basis and not a combination ...

Thank you for that info... It saves me tons of time knowing that its not possible rather than trying to figure out if its not possible...

I will have to change it back to what I had and hope for the best... Not getting too much on-line business right now so I dont suppose it will cause too many problems... at least not yet!

I didn't want to "remove" this per say, but, because I was having it show twice on my page, I definitely wanted one of them removed, so I removed the line from the file swguy mentioned above, but I used my overrides and copied the file to my overrides folder:

catalog/includes/templates/purpleshades/templates/tpl_modules_attributes.php

instead of changing the original file. (purpleshades is my overrides folder name, but you would replace that for yours)

I just thought it might help you to know you can use the overrides to fix this problem. (I realize you are new, but I've placed this message here for the next person to come along with the same problem).
