    Default Partial border visibility problem

    take a look at http://www.nationindistress.net/zen/ All is based on the classic template. In fact, i modified all the classic template files needed, and will migrate them under a new folder name.

    Look at the top where my custom banner/logo/header (insert your own name for it here) The border is visible on the left, but not the right...I have attempted to change the size, color, etc etc etc. As you can see, I found WHERE to change it, but it is still unresponsive. Why? Or, Why not, depending on your semantics...

    Also, scroll to the bottom and you will see a gap in the border. Is there a certain layout box or some such thing that needs to be on to see that section's border? I already tried to make the 'line-height: 125%;' larger, to no avail. (I think it's line 148, in stylesheet_original.css, the equivalent of stylesheet.css)

    The last couple of things to do are change the color of the Categories text, close those borders (no immigration issues, please) and all is well in the land of Star Wars. BTW this is NOT the final site URL... I decided to muck it up on one of my own sites first.

    So what do you think, with 5 days of self teaching and ALOT of forum searches? How can it be improved?

    FOUND THE PROBLEM for the top banner/header right border not showing... I had the background image set to repeat-x;. After changing it to no-repeat it works great. This is in the Stylesheet.css (or stylesheet_original.css) As for the bottom gap in the borders, I just made a unique image, Darth Maul's Double Lightsaber, and added a 1 px red line on each side to fill it in. Like this:

    TR.footertop {
    /*background: #abbbd3;*/
    background-image: url(../images/darth_maul_saber.gif); /*THIS IS FOR THE FOOTER TOP EDGE*/
    height: 34px !important;
    font-size: 11px;
    }

    A work around, but it works. As you can see, I also made plenty of comments for myself...

    Actually, that should be /*
    In Stylesheets....
    /* Starts a one-line comment
    /** Starts a multi-line comment
    */ Ends a comment
    * for each line in a multi-line comment

    I guess I should have been more clear instead of just highlighting the problem in red. That's what I was pointing out, but without the explaination. I have to remember to be more clear with things.
