ez pages and page 2... Page3... page4...

The e-z pages and the define pages aren't showing up. Now I'll say that I had to delete my entire previous installation of Zen cart, but I kept the databse. And yes, I lost all my information from the database. These pages worked before the uninstall, so I have no idea why they won't work now. I keep looking in the admin and can't see anything that is turned off. Can anyone give me a clue as to what to look for? I feel dumb and lost.

Zen Cart 1.3.0.2

I entered my EZ Pages once everything was up and running. The information is in the databse now that it's been re-entered.

It's always a good thing to make a backup before attempting anything. The reason why you lost your database entries after re-installing from scratch, (even if you leave your database readings as is), the Zen-Cart installation will completely override your previous settings and reset them into their default ones.

Assuming you did a backup of the current version of Zen-Cart, for your database, you can simply restore your previous database settings into the current one.

Warning: Doing so on a test folder store, before doing so on your live store, would be more than highly recommended to make sure that everything's working great. Otherwise, you might, (and will), end up with catastrophic results.

I could. However, I'd need more details on what you mean regarding the "working". Does it show an error ? Does it show a blank page ?

THey don't show up at all.

In the Configuration ... EZ-Pages Settings ...

Are the Header, Footer and Sidebox turned on?

In the Tools ... Layout Boxes Controller ...

Is the EZ-Pages sidebox turned on?

In the Tools ... EZ-Pages ...

Are all EZ-Pages setup for either Header, Footer or Sidebox? You should see a Green Icon under at least 1 of these 3 ...

Note: you can use more than 1 of these in combination

Do all of the EZ-Pages have a defined Sort Order? If you do not have a Sort Order, that is the same as turning them OFF ...

Now I need to ask--and hope you don't mind--why can't I get my page 1, page 2, page 3 to show up?

Or, peek in the Configuration ... Define Page Status ...

Are the Links set to display?
