Sales Report 1.4 and Gift Certificates/Coupons

I have installed Sales Report 1.4 in Zen Cart 1.3.0.2 Thank you for this rgeat mod.

The orders where Coupons were used are not calculated correctly in my reports. I see there is a column for Gift Certificates but it is showing a value of 0 even when a certificate was used.

Does anyone know how I might fix this?

I see the Sales Report 1.4 thread is archived. Is the Sales report 1.4 thread continued elswhere?
