zen cart free charge card

Hi, ive looked around here and found some information in regards to why the free charge card was created and how to rename it. But Im having trouble finding out what to do if it does not work.

Im trying to check out with a products that is free and requires free shipping. the zen cart free charge card module is set to

Enable Free Charge Module
True

Payment Zone
--none--

Set Order Status
Processing [2]

Sort order of display.
1

But I cant get past the delivery information page. Anyone care to help?

Do you have weights in your products ? Do you have the free shipper turned on? This error doesn't appear to be the free price that's giving you issues, it's shipping (or at least that's what it appears).

Tina, thanks so much!! Your advice helped. I went and turned free shipping on. Set it as this:

Free Shipping Cost
0.00

Handling Fee
0

Tax Class
--none--

Shipping Zone
--none--

Sort Order
4

So far it works with me :) Sigh of relief!
