Select default attribute...

I have setup attributes for all my products (display style set to radio buttons).

Is it possible to setup ZenCart to automatically select the cheapest attribute by default? I've noticed that this works fine when using the drop down list box, but not with radio buttons.

Yes thios is a setting in the product attribute page... at the bottom there is an orange box with "Default Attribute to be Marked Selected:" and yes and no.

Kobra, thanks for the reply. I'm aware of this box, but was wondering if there is an easier way to do this (maybe a global setting). If not, I'll have to manually edit over 1000 products.

Are all the products that you want to change in ONE category? or spread over many categories?

Do you "know" what Attribute is the cheapest on the Products or is it different per Product?

Are the Attributes the same on all of the Products or unrealted?

Depending on how this is setup ... you could write a script to grab all Attributes for a Product and set the lowest priced one to default and the others as not default ...

The attributes span across all categories. They are also different per product and have different pricing.

I'm now guessing that it might be easier to just manually select default attributes.
