Organize the categories

how do i organize the categories on admin page such as being able to move around the subfolder to whereever i want to.
Example (if i make)

Categories
DVD
CD
CDR
CDRW

how do i move CDRW to all over the top.
please help me out.

By default they are in alphabetical order

Go to Admin
Catalog->Categories/Products, there you can define the sort

Make sure that CDRW has the minimum sort value to bring it on top
