What is the easiest and best way to make pictures appear on an EZ page? Ideally I want these pics stored on the server (thats hosting Zencart) not stored with my ISP's webspace (tend to change ISP's frequently!).
I'm thinking along the lines of creating a new folder on the server where I FTP all the pics to and then link to them in the HTML code but I know little to nothing about HTML. Where should I put this folder and what is the code to link to its content (if this line of thinking is correct)?
Here's the code I use for EZPages pics, where I have made a subfolder called
mypics under the Zen Cart images folder.
<div align="center"><img src="../images/mypics/myimage.jpg" alt=""></img></div>
Leaving the alt="" in it helps with html validation.
Thanks for the answer. This is exactly the kind of thing I thought might work.is there a simple way to have the New Products for XXX display at the bottom on an EZ-Page?
I tried it out, but think I was using the wrong code (or leaving out important parts or dropping in too much code or...). The upshot is I broke those pages.
Can you point out the right bits of code to use?
Thanks.

TShooters what file do you put the code in. I lost you on that.
<div align="center"><img src="../images/mypics/myimage.jpg" alt=""></img></div>

Put the code in the "HTML Content:" box of the EZPage you're creating..what file do you put the code in. I lost you on that.
in Admin/Tools/EZPages.
TShooters thank you for your help. As I was waiting I came across this thread here that answer my question. Thank you again. http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=88971

Glad the post you referenced is a good solution for you.
Ok, I've gone over all this, and have yet to figure this out. Not so "ez" for me. I know I'm just missing something, but can not figure it out.
All I want, is a sidebox with links to pages with my own content on them. Kind of like in a standard html based site. Just links to pages that I want to create. I'm completely lost, and the faq (as posted in this thread), just leaves me more clueless.
Can anyone give me simple step by step instructions, on how I can create a menu on my zen site (preferably on the right column), that contains links to pages that I want to create??
Thanx!
