Default Errors after 1.3 Security Update!

After changing the necessary code for the 1.3 Security Update I loaded up my online shop's main page and saw these errors:

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/roys1974/public_html/shop/includes/classes/shopping_cart.php:3573) in /home/roys1974/public_html/shop/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 100

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/roys1974/public_html/shop/includes/classes/shopping_cart.php:3573) in /home/roys1974/public_html/shop/includes/init_includes/init_templates.php on line 78

Because of these errors I replaced these files with their originals before the security update but it didn't stop them!

Loading my online shops main page I recieve the same errors as above and when loading my admin page I recieve these errors:

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /home/roys1974/public_html/shop/includes/classes/shopping_cart.php:3573) in /home/roys1974/public_html/shop/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 100

Any help would be greatly appreciated as my cart ceases to function properly until I get these fixed. Let me know if there is any more information that may help to get the the bottom of this problem.

    Thanks for your time!

Sure enough that was the cause of all the errors! Thank you so much for your help!

Now I question myself how I added extra spaces at the end of the file when the security update required editting in the middle of the file.

I may never find the answer to that, but once again thank you so much for you time!

Have any recommendations for text editors? Preferrably freeware.

At the bottom of the security update details is a reference to two free editors and a free FTP program
