Hello,
Thanks for this awesome Sales Report system. I'm only having one problem when I try to export my CSV files. I keep getting consistent and unsightly errors in my sheet. It's probably something simple, hopefully someone can help.
Here are my settings.
Custom Date Range
Order Purchased
+Product Line Items
CSV Export
Column Titles in First Row
And I keep getting this error every few Rows..
<b>Warning</b>: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in <b>/home/.cara/davestra/strandland.com/digitalstore/admin/includes/classes/sales_report.php</b> on line <b>908</b><br />
or this one...

Sorry, I'm new to this stuff, so I dunno what it means.
THanks,
-Dave
Here's my store if you need that...

I am having trouble using this sales report tool. I am trying to use it and it doesn't generate any reports. I have double checked to make sure everything is in its proper location. So I am not sure what I am doing wrong...
Might need to add a filter:
State
to pull out sales data on a per-state basis.
Any suggestions on how to do this?
Many thanks
@davestrand:What version fo PHP are you using? Your errors typically happen when an older version of PHP is being used. You need to be running at least 4.2.2.
@linuxw00t: That tells me nothing, so it's pretty hard for me to help you. Does the search come up at all? When you submit a search, does the screen refresh, or just hang? Does a new page come up totally blank? Give me details about exactly what behavior you are experiencing.
@DogTags: Off-hand I'd say that a per state filter would require some serious adjustments to the report, as that kind of filtering happens in the core of the data mining process. You'll need to know what's happening in the sales_report class.
Blindside, like @linuxw00t: the search screen appears and then does nothing when you click Show me the money! No screen refresh. It just hangs.
Zen version 1.3.7
Sales Report 2.0
Does the progress indicator on your browser move at all (it should)? What browser and version are you using?
I try using it using the different options and then I click the 'show me the money' button and it doesn't do anything its just as if I made a button just to click. The browser progress doesn't do anything. Just like if I said 'click here' and you tried to click it. I have the correct software and everything is in its proper place.
I'm using Firefox 2.0 and Safari. No, the progress bar does not move or even show for that matter.
Thanks for the help.
J
Sounds like Safari doesn't like the JavaScript being used with the submit button. Can you try it with Firefox to confirm?
