    Default Strange visitors to site

I have noticed over the past month or so that some suspicious visits are made to a particular obscure product on my site. In the past I know that this was being done to use the "tell a friend" feature for spamming purposes, so I changed it so that registration had to be done before using "tell a friend".

However, I still get visitors to that obscure page. I check the e-mail archive so I know there's no spam being sent from those visitors. However, in user tracking just today I see nine visitors from a variety of countries/IPs visiting this page within a matter of a couple of minutes. They only stay on that page and don't look at other pages.

What's the deal with these? Is there something I should be concerned about?

Have you looked at your server logs to see where those folks came from to get to that page?

They don't show an external referring url in user tracking.
