    Help!!!No email received from zen-cart.

    I am sure I have the emial configed right. When a customer orders something it sends the email that should go to them to me and not them. So I get an email saying that I sold something then an email say that I order something. I dont have it set to send me a copy and the customers are not receiving a conf email. Has anyone seen this?I've tried sendmail, sendmail -f, smtp already, but nothing happend. I can receive a email from contact us. but I can't receive a welcome mail and order confirm.

    Since it is all related to the same email address, no matter which action it's being applied, according to your results,

    if you change:

    Send Copy of Admin Orders Status Emails To - Status 0
    to:

    Code:
    Send Copy of Admin Orders Status Emails To - Status 1
    and, then, set a secondary email address (even from another domain name - if possible). Will you get the order confirmation email ?

    Also, does your web hosting service offers alternative email solutions - such as SMTP or SMTP Auth protocol ? If so, you can always switch these configurations from your admin section - > configuration - > email options.

    From there, all email configurations should match with all email receptions as no email messages should fail.

    In the mean time, I'd strongly advise to check your SPAM Filter, from your cPanel access, to see if no emails went into that folder unintentionally. It is possible that your web hosting service might automatically filter all automated generated email methods system, (especially from the web), and moves them there.

    However, if it's the case, you can always configure your cPanel email options differently in order to keep receiving these confirmations under your inbox folder.
