Image in lieu of text heading...possible?

Hello! I would like to know if possible to have an image/banner for the heading of the catagory pages instead of text? I am thinking no because it is template based but I wanted to ask to make sure. I have attached a screenshot.

If this is not possible can someone be kind enough to tell me what I need to edit to change the title (like the word "Accessories" in the attachment).

go to your admin:

catalog
catalog/product

edit the category (click the little "e" over to the right)

on the next screen you can change the category name, add a description and add a category image and set the sort order for the category list in catalog.
