admin error message after transfer

Hi, the hosting company transferred the site to another IP address now I get the following error when I try to access admin:

the cart works without problems.

can anyone tell me what that means?

Check if you have the same domain name in the URLs for the files:
/includes/configure.php

/admin/includes/configure.php

Or ... were you using the IP address in the Admin?
