I am trying to upgrade to the new version. I have 1.3.0.2 to 1.3.5 and I uploaded all my files and ran the zc_installer and clicked on upgrade database, it keeps saying this:
ATTENTION: Problems Found
Admin Password required to proceed with upgrade
It says to use the username and password from store, which is what I am doing, but it does not work. I even tried resetting the password in the admin/tools, but it still does not work. I double checked the username and password and am able to get into the store with no problem.
I just opened this zen account, should I just do an install instead of the upgrade database, or will it just ask me for the same stuff...?
Help please! Thanks in advance!!
