Hmmm except the whole lightbox is still aligned to the left in IE. Works great in FF though. In IE, the black background behind the image doesn't cover the whole screen, only about 3/4 of it. There is a big strip on the right side where it doesn't cover.

Looks fine for me in IE7.

You have a gap at the very bottom of the page where the 'overlay' stops (IE only) and you godaddy seal appears above the 'overlay' (IE and Firefox). Wrap a <div class="flash"> tag around the seal to hide it during lightbox display.

i have this running with ih2 and guess what? IT WORKS!!! not only does it work, but now my addtional images that werent showing before are now showing!!!

We must not forget Mr Boylan!! He wrote the custom image function to support IH2. Without his help it would have taken me weeks to figure out a solution.

Anyway... I'm glad it works and hope that it helps to enhance your site. :)

But a question: for some reason I'm seeing the thumnail (i.e. product listing) image, but not product info page images (the medium size). The text for "click for larger image" or whatever shows up, so I can click on it and it brings me the image in larger size with the light box. So I'm wondering why the medium sized images aren't showing up.

That said, the medium sized product info images do show up if I had manually uploaded the image_MED to the images/medium folder.

I tried this both with IH2 uninstalled and installed, FF and IE, and the same thing happens.

hmm..for some reason i can't extract the files from lightbox1.3. i'm using winrar and it says the headers are broken for the files when i try to extract. this has never happened before..any ideas?

try a fresh download.

its a working download, so its possible something got messed up when downloading... those darn net hiccups...

Thanks, you solved a problem I didn't even know I had

I am using IE6 and the strip on the side is still there. I am going to upgrade to IE7, but still, I would like it to work for everyone who doesn't upgrade to IE7 right away! I just can't figure out what the problem could be

Try redownloading the file. Also what browser are you on? Sometimes IE6 can freak out when downloading rar or zip files.
