Host recommendation for Google Checkout?

I'm wanting to set up my shop using Google Checkout. I'm looking for a host that supports is, but unfortunately, most don't seem to offer the required PHP modules. Can anyone recommend a good host that offers the following:

* PHP v4.3.0 or later, but NOT PHP 5 or later
* libcurl v7.9.0 or later.
* libxml-2.4.14 or later.

Most hosts do not support libxml, and many do not support libcurl. You can verify whether your host supports these modules by downloading this test script.

So any recommendations? BTW, of the Zen Certified hosts, most haven't even responded to my emails, but of the ones that have none of them support it (BTW, kudos to Camelot hosting for their quick, though negative, response).
