I am really new to all this. I have a designer but she is unavailable right now and I would like to do it myself, BUt have no clue where to change this at.
Any advice would be appreciated.
THANK YOU!
Hello??????????????????????
I went under Email options and chaned the link that says
Send Copy of Order Confirmation Emails To
Name 1<[email protected]>, Name2 <[email protected]>
is this the only place?
Because I did test orders and still NO NOTIFICATION OR INDICATION that someone has placed an order under the Admin order panel. Ugh. This really blows. Good grief.
Also, after I place an order, and it sends me back to my site....... it does not even show the order that I placed. I can't go under my account and click view orders. There is not even a link there for that.
PLEASE HELP SOMEONE. PLEASE> IM BEGGIN YOu!
Your problem is with PayPal confirmations not coming back to your site.
Once those are working properly, you will get the orders showing and the confirmation emails.

GROSS Was 9.72 but Tax was not set in Zen. So either set tax to reflect Your State in Zen or Remove it from Paypal Sales Tax.
I have solved The Currency/Amount Mismatch Problem; at least the one that stopped me it was the taxes mismatch Look

Zen and paypal have not been set in the taxes! Paypal is charging tax in your state and zen
is not! So either go to paypal and remove local Taxes or go to zen and add local taxes
problem solved working 100%!
Thanks to all your inputs I was able to trace down my problem
Hope this helps all stuck I will post where ever I was please pass this along to others!
