OK. I'm yet another person having this problem. To summarise these are my issues:
customer orders with debit/credit card with no paypal account = no order confirmation email and when customer goes back to my website, there is no link to say "view your orders"
customer orders WITH a paypal account - exactly the same thing, no details of order and customer unable to view orders on my website - it's as if they don't exist.
I've checked, rechecked and checked again - my email addresses are fine.
I have no tax set up on zen and there is none on paypal - i'm in the UK.
I don't know how to get a debugging log to show you.
I refunded 1 penny - still no order information.
This USED to work, I've changed no settings, and it's just stopped working recently.
Please help, i've pulled almost ALL my hair out.
