    OK. I'm yet another person having this problem. To summarise these are my issues:

    customer orders with debit/credit card with no paypal account = no order confirmation email and when customer goes back to my website, there is no link to say "view your orders"

    customer orders WITH a paypal account - exactly the same thing, no details of order and customer unable to view orders on my website - it's as if they don't exist.

    I've checked, rechecked and checked again - my email addresses are fine.

    I have no tax set up on zen and there is none on paypal - i'm in the UK.

    I don't know how to get a debugging log to show you.

    I refunded 1 penny - still no order information.

    This USED to work, I've changed no settings, and it's just stopped working recently.

    Please help, i've pulled almost ALL my hair out.

    Have you talked to your webhost to find out what changes they've made to their firewalls recently?
    Or ANY changes made around the time this problem started happening ... ?

    Yes, my host was the first port of call and as far as they know, nothing has changed. My problem is exactly the same as pretty much everyone else who posted about this issue - I have all the same symptoms - ie, payments used to process and I got all the right emails, and then it stopped working.

    I don't know when it happened, my site is not quite up and running properly yet but customers ARE ordering - I had an order about 3 months ago, another 1 month ago, and one yesterday, amongst all my "test" orders.

    I have the same problem too!

    I get payments notifucations but no order at the store.

    It happened 2 days ago, after the store was working right for few weeks, since it's online.

    arrg!
    the same thing has happened to me.
    my cart has been up and running for 10 or so months.
    and just yesterday it started this. (i get orders nearly every day.)

    i've configured all email addys etc.
    and i'm about ready to cry.

    This definately is a growing widespread problem and most likely not host related since it is quite widespread....has anyone had any luck trying anything?

    OK, I had the same problem on one order today.
    I was able to find the order information using the Stuck PayPal Orders mod, so thats fine.

    My question is, is there a way to get the order into the system and associated to the customers account?

    I'm having the same problem...I get a paypal notification, so does the customer...but the order does not show up in the store for me to view, nor do I get the email from the store...and it doesn't show up in their account in the store...we are upgrading hoping this will help...if it doesn't I will still be desperate!

    We have the same problems 4 0rders this weekend paypal payment confirmed but no data on the site.
    Is there a way of getting the order info from anywhere in paypal.

    How do we fix this problem...

    We're having exactly the same problem.

    The PAyPal log is showing the following error:


    Fri Nov 2006 16:08 -- IPN WARNING::Transaction email address not matched. From IPN = sales AT *** DOT com: From CONFIG = sales AT *** DOT com
    Fri Nov 2006 16:08 -- IPN FATAL ERROR::Transaction did not validate


    I've checked all the email addresses on the site and at PayPal, and it seemed to work fine until a few days ago.

    Any ideas?
