    Are you sure your database in the configure.php files for:
    /includes/configure.php
    /admin/includes/configure.php

    Match on the database, username and password?

    You are postive that there is no zone associated with the Payment Module for PayPal IPN ...

    You have for fun removed and reinstalled and reconfigured the Payment Module for PayPal IPN ...

    You have for further giggles and grins closed all browser sessions, cleared your cache and tossed you cookies ...

    YES did that too

    I installed my old store and upgraded file by file Took a long time and now I get the following error TEXT_NO_PAYMENT_OPTIONS_AVAILABLE ... so I removed paypal once again - reloaded the page once again and emptied cookies yet again and reinstalled paypal still same text .... I will try again ;)

    OK I think I got it ... at least it is taking me to paypal ... But it doesn't say the name of the product but it says module_descrpiption something somthing sorry I forgot... so something is still weird but at least people can check out ...

    OK now I messd it up completely - I saved my database and saved a copy of my store - I did a new install of the cart and when I go to upload my SQL database its not letting me it says drop table if exists adress book which that table is not there so my inexperience with upgrading/uploading now made me lose almost everything - I will try to go ahead and find 1.2.7 and install it and upgrade from there once again. Wish me luck.

    I am getting that same message:


    Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.
    Please contact us for alternate arrangements.

    However, my situation is different. I couldn't get paypal to work. Then I did a full upgrade to 1.3.5. Now Paypal works great....thank goodness! But when I order free product, I get that message. It still goes through and I can download the product.

    However, I don't want to scare my customers. Is there any way to get rid of that message?

    Understand that the message:
    Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.
    Please contact us for alternate arrangements.


    Means that a test is done to see what Payment Modules are available ...

    This is determined by:

    what is installed ..

    what zones are set ...

    code changes ...

    It is always a good idea with a new release that if you are upgrading and things are odd ... to remove/install/configure all modules for:
    Payment
    Shipping
    Order Totals

    Also, go to My Account after you login ...

    Edit the address and Update ...

    Now does the checkout work?

    What was the name of the Zen Cart v1.3.5 Zip file that you downloaded and installed?
