I'm new and don't know much about zencart please help

I did install the purpleshades template for my zencart. I'd like to display the name of my store at the top of the page....I'm not sure on what the right terms are for what it is called so reading through this forum I'm not sure what relates to me or not.
I did make up a store name title in adobe photoshop...I did save it as a jpg....now how do I get that at the top of my zen cart...
I did find some posts in here that I thought related to me...But I don't know how to go about finding those files I did find one file but I did not know what to do with it....I just thought I'd ask here first before I done something that could not be fixed....
I hope you understand what i'm wanting to do....It's just like the top of this page has the zencart the art of e-commerce banner sort of thing on it....I want to do that but with my store name.....

look for the following in your stylesheet:

/*HEADER CSS*/
/* This controls the layout for the table which contains the logo */
TABLE.header {
background-image: url(../images/hdr_bg.gif);
background-repeat: repeat-x;
background-color: Purple;
border-right: 0px solid Purple;
border-left: 0px solid Purple;
border-bottom: 0px solid Purple;

Save your new image into includes/templates/purpleshades/images and then you will want to change the red text above to reflect the name of the file you just saved.

Thank you so much you are the best.... that worked...I have been trying to work that out for weeks...
There is one thing it still has the old logo's on top of my header ( meaning my header is behind them)...also it still has written up "tag line here"....Is there any way to get rid of them.....
Also my header has been tiled (like there is 3 of them in a row) I know this can be fixed by changing size settings somewhere but where do I do that....

I'm also fairly new to Zen, but I think you can prevent the repeat of your image by changing the following in that same file..

/*HEADER CSS*/
/* This controls the layout for the table which contains the logo */
TABLE.header {
background-image: url(../images/hdr_bg.gif);
background-repeat: repeat-x;
background-color: Purple;
border-right: 0px solid Purple;
border-left: 0px solid Purple;
border-bottom: 0px solid Purple;

Change the "repeat-x;" to "no-repeat;"

hi there, i will also like to change the header to reflect my own logo instead. But how do i do that? i have just inserted a custom made template by another user... but not sure how to change the header...

where is the 'header css' mentioned in the previous post? Pls help... i'm a new user of zen-cart also!
